How we can help
We’re here to help anyone affected by crime in the West Midlands, not only those who experience it directly, but also their friends, family and any other people involved.
We are an independent charity, it doesn’t matter when the crime took place – you can get our support at any time, and for however long you need us. This support is based on an individual needs assessment and support plan, which is designed to empower you to move forward from the crime. If we are not the right service for you we can signpost and refer to other agencies who can offer the right support. Our team provide a wide range of specialist services that help people affected by all types of crime including, but not limited to, burglary, hate crime, fraud, theft, domestic abuse, rape and sexual assault, child sexual exploitation and terrorism.
Our services are provided by highly-trained dedicated Independent Victim Advocates who are supported by trained community volunteers. Together they support victims of crime through phone support, face-to-face appointments, home visits, community outreach venues, schools, colleges and universities.
